Our clients sometimes offer to share their horse by offering them for half/part leasing.  Our job is to match horse and rider based on training and temperament.  Half leasing is a great way to see if horse ownership is for you, or if you just want to ride more!  Our owners are really great people and are easy to work with.  You will communicate directly with them which makes everything about half leasing fun and easy.   These horses are not available for off farm lease.  The lease rates run between $450-500/mo depending on if the horse is in field or paddock turnout.  This is all inclusive except lessons (you won’t get a farrier bill or a vet bill!)  Sometimes, owners will consider a 2 day week lease for less.  Lessons are additional and all owners require you take at least one per week.  See our Lesson page for rates.

If you’re ready to jump in and own, with all the flexibility ownership allows, we sell and also help find horses for regular clients. Our job is to match horse and human based on a wide range of variables, always putting what’s best for our client, the rider, first.
